Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Implementation Engineer role at Geekinn is an entry-level position dedicated to supporting the implementation of HRM systems. Responsibilities include executing tasks, assisting in client training, and managing communications for seamless system deployment.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute assigned implementation tasks accurately.
- Assist in setting up HRM systems for new clients.
- Participate in client training and provide initial support.
- Accurately document client requirements.
- Handle client inquiries promptly and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare project documentation and collaborate for timely completion.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or HR Management.
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in technical support or IT implementation.
- Job Specific Skills: Basic knowledge of HRM systems or SaaS platforms, problem-solving skills, proficiency in mathematics, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Office Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
