Job Description
ARWAJ TECH is looking for a Software Implementation Officer to join their Karachi Head office. This role involves preparing files in Excel, implementing client modules, analyzing company policies, providing software training, and supporting customer queries.
- Prepare files in Excel and maintain client data.
- Implement purchased client modules and make them Live.
- Analyze client policies and gather implementation data.
- Provide software training to clients, including managers and employees.
- Support customer queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Create tickets, assign/escalate, follow-up, and close them promptly.
- Discuss client customization with the team and provide deadlines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain sign-off by deadlines.
Job Timings: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Location: Shahra e Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
