About Company: Naseeb Online Services (Pvt)Ltd – ROZEE.PK is a Pakistan-based company that specializes in import and export services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing team to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
