Job Description
Position: Import & Export Specialist

Qualification: Minimum bachelors, preferably in procurement and/or supply chain management, business administration, or related areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and relations with customs, export shipping regulations and policies.
- Knowledge of EPZA regulations.
- Computer skills in MS Office, SAP, ARIBA.
- Certification in clearing, forwarding & IATA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the site team for export and incoming shipments.
- Review and share shipping documents, ensuring labeling.
- Maintain a database of import and export shipments.
- Track original shipping documents and ensure timely clearance.
- Prepare insurance memos and process customs agents’ bills.
- Monitor and report import/export activities to management.
