Job Description

Position: Sr. Import Officer – Pharma

Company: Agile HR Consulting

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Location: Karachi

Required Experience: 2 – 3 years in managing import operations in Pharma industry

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for issuance of all Import PO’s and bank documents for RM, PM, and Machinery.
  • Update records in the system for all imported items and bank instruments.
  • Follow-up for documents, ensure ADC cases are applied, and update records in the system.
  • Release original documents and shipping guarantees for customs clearance.
  • Collect and verify clearing agents’ bills and input expenses in the system for accurate costings.
  • Submit invoices & expenses to accounts department for timely closing of imported orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any supply complaints.
  • Maintain records of approved sources of materials.
  • Attend to other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Salary Budget: 60,00 plus standard benefits
