Job Description
We are currently accepting applications for the position of In-Store Training & School Program Officer at our branch in Karachi (KHI). As an In-Store Training & School Program Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the training programs for our in-store staff and developing partnerships with schools to create educational initiatives.
Your duties will include coordinating and implementing training sessions for new and existing in-store employees, preparing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for schools, establishing and managing relationships, and designing programs that align with their academic goals.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both in-store staff and school administration. A background in education or training is preferred, along with strong organizational and project management skills.
