Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an In-Store Training & School Program Officer (LHR). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing in-store training programs and collaborating with schools to create educational initiatives.
Your main duties will include coordinating and delivering training sessions to our store staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service. You will also work closely with local schools to develop and execute educational programs that promote our brand and products.
The ideal candidate should have a background in education or training, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently and have a proactive mindset to identify training opportunities and establish partnerships with schools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
