Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our team. As a Banking Helpline Agent, your key responsibilities will include professionally answering customer calls, accurately resolving inquiries and complaints, efficiently processing orders and payments, and managing customer account updates.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative. Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
Location: Lahore (In-person).
