Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecommunications company, is actively seeking Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with a neutral accent.
- Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years is preferred.
- Competitive salary of Rs 45,00, along with performance-based incentives.
- Rotational shifts on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support by handling customer calls.
- Follow up on fault resolutions effectively.
- Create and resolve Network Trouble Tickets.
