Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call centers, preferably in a UK-based company
- Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, night) with work-from-home options after probation
