Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing customer-related queries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 with incentives up to Rs. 15,00
Shifts: Rotational for males (morning, evening, night); morning shifts only for females. Work from home available post-probation.
