Job Description
ASK Development, a reputable telecom company, is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Inbound Customer Care Agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering calls with a positive, professional attitude.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate solutions.
- Manage order processing and maintain customer account information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service roles within the banking sector
- Location: Must reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
