Job Summary:
The Hiring is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, assist customers, and ensure seamless order placement and delivery. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
- Guide customers in selecting products and services.
