Job Description
Join Gorzilla Tech as a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inbound Sales Agent. You will process billing information, address customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with bills and inquiries.
- Educate customers about services and billing policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Multi-task and record customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a billing campaign.
- Familiarity with telecom billing systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
