Job Description
Vizteck Solutions is looking for an Inbound Sales Executive for a UK-based campaign. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Close sales with customers
- Maintain relationships with B2B clients
- Resolve customer issues
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat
- Manage data in CRM systems
Requirements:
- UK experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
