Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Inbound Sales Expert with excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our UK & USA-based project. Candidates must have prior packaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate and convert sales inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with teams.
- Handle complaints and maintain inquiry records.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM & 2 PM to 11 PM, Saturday and Sunday off. Salary: Rs50,00 to Rs60,00 plus attractive commission structure.
