Job Description
Cyrus Communications is on the lookout for a talented Inbound Sales Representative to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, processing airport and local taxi bookings, and diligently entering data into our software systems. Additionally, you will provide price quotes, respond to email and live chat inquiries, and foster a positive brand image by effectively addressing customer questions.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. This position offers flexible work arrangements, with a competitive salary starting at Rs30,00.00 per month, and requires in-person attendance.
