Job Description
At Chaotic Pirates BPO, you will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries about billing, service issues, and support for Xfinity services. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, educating customers about our products and promotions, and maintaining accurate records.
We seek candidates for night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) as remote work is not available. A high school diploma is required, with a focus on sales and customer service experience.
