Role Description
The Inbound Sales Representative Intern role is a full-time, onsite role located in Karachi Division, responsible for supporting our Sales team to acquire new clients that align with our services. The Intern will mainly handle client inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person, and follow up with potential clients to keep the process moving forward. In addition, the intern will also need to assist the team with other administrative tasks and sales support work.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a sales support role or similar customer service experience
- Ability to communicate well with the diverse range of clients and customers
- Effective planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within the team
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and a keen interest in sales and the technology industry
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields e.g. Sales, Marketing, Cs or equivalent.
