Job Description
Progressive Resource seeks an empathetic Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. You will guide seniors and families from first contact to signed agreements via phone, email, and digital leads; qualify prospects; explain services, pricing, and contracts; close sales; coordinate onboarding; and maintain accurate CRM records. Meet response, conversion, and revenue targets while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Qualifications: 1+ year inbound/inside sales or customer service (healthcare preferred)
- CRM experience, strong verbal and written communication, HS diploma required (BA preferred)
- Full-time, in-person position during U.S. business hours
