Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to efficiently manage incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for entering journey details, dispatching vehicles, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and manage booking requests.
- Record customer booking information accurately.
- Utilize dispatch software for efficient job assignment.
- Monitor driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in taxi dispatch.
- Familiarity with UK geography is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month
