Job Description
If you are a commercially focused & strategic thinker, this role offers a chance to lead the transformation of the B2C Indirect business in Pakistan.
The Role:
- Manage business through effective stakeholder & relationship management with distributors and key accounts.
- Develop & execute Business Plan for mega distributors.
- Achieve Business Delivery Goals and support growth through Commercial Excellence.
- Implement RTM strategy, Distributor Offer Book, and Channel marketing programs.
- Lead creative CVPs in trade & influencer marketing initiatives.
