Job Description
MBA / MS or ACCA with at least 04 years of experience or Fresh ACMA
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate gas meter readings, prompt bill generation, and minimize provisional billing.
- Compare manual Industrial readings with online Mazik Reading.
- Address faulty Meter claims, compile and analyze survey and data findings.
- Collaborate with Zonal Managers for query resolution and surveys.
- Ensure compliance with FBR and regulatory policies.
- Check every bill thoroughly before delivery.
- Handle Disconnection and Reconnection of Defaulter Industrial Customers.
