Role Description
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Officer to enhance production efficiency. Key responsibilities include process analysis, SMV calculation, and manpower planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
- Experience in lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of production planning systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Textile or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
