Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is currently seeking an Industrial Relations Manager for a reputable client in the Aviation Industry. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in Industrial Relations & Admin affairs, preferably within the Aviation sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Industrial Relations activities within the aviation industry.
- Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution and grievance handling.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
