Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for submitting payment of EOBI, CESS, and SESSI on time.
- Maintain up-to-date records for audits by government departments.
- Manage dealings with Canteen and Transport Contractor.
- Ensure manpower aligns with budget and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate ordering and supply of uniforms and shoes for staff.
- Handle miscellaneous welfare matters for employees.
- Perform job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain and finalize factory payroll for accounts.
- Manage leave and attendance systems.
- Make hiring and firing decisions for temporary labor.
