Job Description
Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a qualified Industrial Relations Officer to join our team. As an Industrial Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources, with knowledge of employment law and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and mediate to resolve conflict effectively
- Familiarity with unions and unionized labour environments
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- High degree of confidentiality and ethical standards

At least one year of experience is required, and experience with TimeTrax would be a plus. The position offers a rotational shift and a salary range of 50k to 60k.
