Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. The Sales Officer will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide product demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare sales reports, lead negotiations, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven success in industrial sales with medical field experience preferred.
