Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves managing day-to-day operations at the information desk. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing information about the mall, assisting visitors, and addressing customer concerns.
- Meet and greet visitors
- Handle visitor arrival notifications
- Maintain attendance records
- Answer calls and direct them
- Maintain shop key records
- Assist employees with queries
Qualifications
– 0-1 years of relevant experience
– Bachelors in any discipline
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Presentable with a pleasant personality
– Positive attitude
Job Location: Safari Villas 1, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
