Job Description

This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of Getz Pharma IT infrastructure/services for security gaps.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• operations and management of implemented security solutions
• monitoring information security incidents and updating records.
• conducting security assessments regularly to identify vulnerabilities and performing risk analysis
• gathering information to classify data and assisting in the development of policies
• ensuring DLP integration with all network & available end points
• ensuring strict compliance of IT policies and SOPs
• analyzing the breach to reach the root cause
• keeping the security systems up to date and contributing to security strategies
• documenting incidents to contribute to incident response and disaster recovery plans
• server farm asset management for improvement of current security polices with latest security trends and methods
• creating, managing and maintaining user security awareness
• conducting security research in keeping abreast of latest security issues
• generating reports for IT administrators to serve as an input to evaluate the efficacy of the security policies
• liaising with IT Systems, information Systems, and Service Desk Engineers on a regular basis.

Requirements:

You should have/be:

• at least a Bachelors degree in computer science
• at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• the ability to work independently
• sound knowledge of IT controls and emerging threats
• excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
