Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist in network administration tasks and conduct IT equipment health checks.
- Perform system maintenance, backups, and document IT systems procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in IT tools and software, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
