Job Description
Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues with collaboration and transparency
Identify cases needing escalation and coordinate incident management requests
Design and implement scalable support solutions through automations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields
- 5+ years of technical experience in customer support or related roles
- 1+ year experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, JSON
- Proficiency in command-line tools and Linux environments
