Job Description – (Duties/Responsibilities)
- Reviewing client records and ensuring they meet the compliance criteria
- Adding new and/or modifying the existing client records
- Maintaining process documentation
- Analyzing and categorizing the information
- Maintaining records for all work events
- Simulates and analyzes client issues; escalates as needed
Criteria/Requirement:
- Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills (Written & Verbal communication)
- Proactive & takes ownership of the tasks to meet the deadlines
- Teamwork/collaboration with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible with night shifts
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer support
- Graduate (Preferably Master’s Degree holder)
