Job Description
Are you ready to embark on a journey where technology meets innovation? #MovingStone Digital is on the lookout for a dynamic #IT Coordinator to join our squad. The role involves providing technical support, overseeing network administration, and managing hardware and software resources.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, resolving issues promptly.
- Offer guidance and training to employees on IT-related matters.
- Manage and maintain the company’s computer networks.
- Configure and install routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary.
- Ensure the proper functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Install and update software applications and operating systems.
- Conduct routine system maintenance tasks.
- Implement measures for data recovery in case of system failures or disasters.
- Assess IT needs and recommend hardware and software purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and licensing.
- Keep an inventory of all IT assets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and configurations.
- Create user manuals and guides for common IT processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and administration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with security best practices and IT governance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should be able to resolve issues related to CPU and GPU.
- Should have knowledge of biometric device and its configuration.
