Qualifications
- Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
- IT and Customer Service knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective team player with task prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ITIL principles (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
