Job Description
• Patching, termination on patch panel, MDF & CCTV for telecom rack.
• To make I/O, LAN cable (straight & cross over). WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
• DTX testing & troubleshooting & VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
• Maintain and upgrade IT hardware and software systems at the site.
• Provide technical assistance and support to site employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Supervise a team of IT technicians or support staff at the site.
• To work on structured cabling.
• Work on hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
• Read & understand drawing and work according to it.
• Conduct site survey & work with LAN systems.
• Troubleshooting where & when required.
