Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Executive at PIFFERS PVT LTD. The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations, including troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and managing the information technology requirements of the company on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Experience in providing technical support to internal and external customers
- Experience in network administration and management
- Strong understanding of information technology and its applications
- Experience in managing IT operations and infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
