Job Description
A leading Advertising agency is looking to hire an IT Help Desk for its DHA Phase 2 Office in Karachi.
Budget: 60-70K
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Assist end-users with login issues, password resets, and access permissions.
- Educate users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance end-user knowledge and skills.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT support teams.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to address systemic issues and improve overall IT infrastructure.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, ensuring accurate records of assets.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with network administrators to resolve complex network problems.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
