Role Description
We are hiring for an on-site IT Help Desk Support role in Karāchi. Responsibilities include network administration, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Security skills
- IT knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree or certification in relevant field preferred
- Previous IT help desk support experience a plus
