Role Description:
- Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices.
- Managing IT budgets and forecasting needs.
- Ensuring data security and overseeing disaster recovery strategies.
- Providing technical support management to all users.
- Conducting system audits and performance monitoring.
- Leading and mentoring IT staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Managing vendor and external IT partner relationships.
- Staying updated on IT industry trends and issues.
- Coordinating IT requirements with various departments.
- Managing network infrastructure, including hardware and software.
- Deploying, integrating, and maintaining new IT systems.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- SOC2 compliance, ISO certification, HIPAA HiTrust
