Job Description
As an IT Manager, you will support and maintain TechnoGenics’ systems and infrastructure while ensuring a proper service delivery, resiliency, and continuity of the IT services hosted on the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure services and resources to support our applications and systems.
- Develop and implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
- Experience: 8 years in IT service management and cloud system administration.
- Certifications: Cloud computing, Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator.
- Strong IT background and hands-on experience in Microsoft Products (Servers management, Applications), Microsoft Windows server (2012R2, 2016, 2019), Linux distributions, & Mac, routing, switching, security protocols, MS Hyper V, VM Ware, MS Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, troubleshooting and desktop support, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaborative spirit, focused and attentive to details.
- Sharp time management, planning, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain focus under pressure.
- High level of discretion while handling classified information.
- Monitor and troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure-based services.
- Responsible for general health, maintenance, and support of the infrastructure components.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure services and resources to support our applications and systems.
- Familiar with IOS, 27001, and SOC-TYPE II.
