Job Description
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for system administration and problem-solving? We’re looking for an IT Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and management of Active Directory, File Server, and TMG 2010 on Server 2012.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Fortigate-40F Firewall.
- Manage Office 365 and Windows/iOS administration.
- Ensure user permissions on Web-based ERP and ERP-UAT servers.
- Collaborate with developers for modifications to the Web-based ERP.
- Take charge of configuring and maintaining Grandstream IP Phones and PABX.
- Troubleshoot issues on LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Spearhead the setup and maintenance of Remote Desktop Systems for Windows 10 and iOS.
Qualification: BS in Computer Science. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a related field. Location: Karachi.
