Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Joyland Ltd. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing system administration tasks, and offering help desk support. The role requires working on-site at our location in Rawalpindi and collaborating with the IT team.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support and Information Technology skills
- Troubleshooting and System Administration skills
- Help Desk Support experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
- Experience in the amusement park or entertainment industry is a plus
