Position Overview: NETSOL Technologies Inc. is looking to hire an experienced IT Support Specialist with intermediate knowledge in networking, troubleshooting applications, and IT security practices. Responsibilities include overseeing the helpdesk ticketing system, providing technical support, and managing system upgrades and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize networking knowledge to troubleshoot network issues.
- Provide troubleshooting for applications like Visual Studio and MS Outlook.
- Maintain storage solutions and enforce IT security policies.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Oversee helpdesk ticketing system for timely support.
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting applications and networking protocols.
- Strong IT security understanding.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
