JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Installing new software (Remotely).
- Assisting in hardware installation (servers, printers).
- Fixing network faults and maintenance.
- Providing technical support to users.
- Suggesting IT solutions, preparing reports, and more.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a passion for learning.
Qualification & Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s in relevant field.
- CCNA Certified (preferable).
