Job Description
Department: IT
Reports To: IT Support Manager
Job Summary: Join our team at Saif Group as an IT Support Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line technical support for end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance.
- Document technical solutions and issues.
- Manage IT inventory and assist in policy implementation.
- Provide training on new technologies to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Understanding of computer systems, CCTV, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
