Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, system administration, and providing helpdesk support.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Information Technology skills
- Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support
- Experience in System Administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft MCSE are a plus
