About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team, providing remote support for global projects, training field engineers, and managing client reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote support for global projects.
- Provide second and third-line support to onsite field engineers.
- Evaluate and train field engineers.
- Manage client reporting for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field.
- MCSE/MCITP and/or CCNA/CCNP certifications.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to commute to Rawalpindi.
Shift Availability:
- Afternoon and Day Shifts.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
