Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Information Technology Support Officer. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our organization’s staff.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, installing and maintaining software applications, and monitoring computer networks.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in providing technical support and a degree in computer science or a related field are preferred.
