Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing IT systems at USI Karachi. Responsibilities include desktop support, CCTV configuration/installation, and printer support.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting Skills
- CCTV Configuration & Installation
- Network Troubleshooting & Domain User Knowledge
- IT Experience
- Desktop & Printer Support
- Problem-solving & Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail & Task Prioritization
- Network Administration Experience (a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
